Baburam Bhattarai

Dr. Baburam Bhattarai in the center of media attention. Bhattarai is a leader of Nepal's Maoist party, effectively second in command. After starting a ten year long civil war that killed thousands of people, he was elected to the national constitutional assembly with the highest number of personal votes in 2008. Same year he became Nepal's minister of finance
