Rastafarian Man, Nepal

Rastafari-style Hindu holy man is smoking a joint at the Mahashivratri festival in Nepal 2007. Although the Rastafarian movement is mainly a Jamaican thing, with Bob Marley and all that, there are a lot of Rastafari-style people around the world, like here in Nepal.
